• Send money requests or engage in scams
• Post explicit, offensive, or illegal content
• Use PearlConnect for commercial advertising

9. Safety Disclaimer

PearlConnect does not conduct criminal background checks. Users are advised to meet in public places, inform trusted people, and never send money to strangers.

10. Account Suspension

PearlConnect reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms without prior notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

PearlConnect is not responsible for personal interactions, outcomes, or disputes between users. All connections are made at your own discretion and risk.
